Regional Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Conference

The Eastern Region is progressing well in terms of meeting its targets around Crisis Resolution/ Home Treatment teams and this conference was designed to benchmark where these teams are currently, and to create a space to enable key stakeholders to share experiences and identify further development needs. The National Audit Office Report and a concurrent regional survey were both presented on the day as well as an exploration of the issues around training and integrated acute services. A market place exercise enabled teams to share a range of current issues teams were struggling to resolve, and also for teams to highlight issues they had been struggling with but were now resolved, identifying effective problem solving strategies. A full write up of the conference and its outcomes will be posted soon, but for now we have posted copies of all the presentations made on the day.
